The skip enables film to be saved in the film width. We push the product into the top of the film tube, where the film is not yet under too much tension. Other manufacturers: The absence of the skip leads to greater film consumption, as a wider film width must be used. In addition, the film can slip out of the sealing rolls when the tray is pushed into the film tube.

The two infeed belts convey the product from the separating belt into the carrier chain. The two belts have different speeds so that the trays do not take a knock when the carrier runs against them. This means that the trays can be gradually adjusted to the movement of the carrier chain and are gently pushed into the packaging machine.

Our film pre-winding system ensures continuous film tension. Compared to conventional brakes, it offers a clear advantage: even if only a small amount of film remains on the roll and unwinding becomes difficult, our pre-unwinding system drives the packaging material shaft efficiently. In addition, with very thin films with additional perforation, it prevents the film from tearing when the machine starts up from a standstill. In contrast, other manufacturers only use a brake that has to be adjusted manually depending on the thickness of the film roll.

Our height control ensures that the tray is filled correctly to avoid overfilling and to ensure that it is positioned correctly between the carriers. This measure prevents collisions in the format area and protects your products from damage.
